Objectives

Reliable functioning of Rotating Equipment (Motors, Generators, Pumps, Turbines, Blowers, Fans, etc.) is of vital importance since any malfunctioning or failure is not only disastrous to the equipment concerned, but also adversely affects industrial output with detrimental economic impact. Thus, it is of utmost importance that reliable and safe functioning of rotating equipment be ensured.  A number of sophisticated techniques and tools have been developed over the years to monitor the health of rotating equipment on a continuous basis not only to ensure optimal equipment  functioning but also to design and develop  proactive – reliability framework centered – maintenance schedules for safety & continued reliability of the equipment.  ERDA has vast experience and expertise in this area.

This Training Course has been specially designed for  personnel of power and process plants and well focus on about the latest developments in condition monitoring of rotating equipment using advanced diagnostics based on measurement of various electrical and mechanical parameters.

Ř  Motor Current Signature Analysis

Ř  Insitu Metallography of Turbine Components

Ř  Vibration Analysis

The lectures will be followed by practical demonstrations.

+ Service Tax: 10.30%

Discount:     Any organization deputing 3 or more participants will be eligible for 10%   discount in the course fee
