With a cutting-edge 900 kV, 2700 kVA high voltage resonant test system—featuring a 900 kV coupling capacitor, voltage divider, and a 600 kV standard capacitor—ERDA is proud to announce a major achievement by its Partial Discharge Laboratory. The lab has successfully completed testing of a 400 kV bushing, marking a new milestone in its testing capabilities. This accomplishment builds on its previous work testing up to 245 kV bushings, underscoring the lab’s expanding expertise in managing higher voltage requirements.
