A. Learning and Development
At ERDA, we firmly believe that continuous improvement stems from constant learning and enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of our most valuable asset—our employees.
i) Training Intervention Continued in October 2024 on ‘Leadership – Play Your Ace Game’
ERDA conducted a Training Intervention focused on leadership development, productivity improvement, effective delegation, and motivation. Emerging leaders, including Heads of Sections and Group Heads, participated in four days of classroom training with interactive exercises, followed by 1.5 hours two online follow-up session.

ii) Training on ‘Productivity enhancement – Drive Your Own Performance’
ERDA conducted a training program on ‘Driving Your Own Performance’ to enhance employee skills, fostering self-motivation and accountability for achieving organizational goals efficiently and with minimal supervision.


B. Celebrations at ERDA
i) Sarawati Puja on 8th Day of Navratri
ERDA, a leading knowledge institute dedicated to R&D and testing, celebrated the divine essence of wisdom by organizing a Saraswati Puja on the sacred eighth day of Navratri. Honouring Goddess Saraswati, the symbol of knowledge, the event featured a serene ritual where participants held glowing diyas in their palms, fostering a sense of tradition and togetherness.
ii) Dusshera and Awards for the Clean ERDA Competition
On October 12, 2024, ERDA’s Switchgear Lab in Makarpura hosted the Dussehra Puja, bringing together employees in a spirit of devotion and enthusiasm. The celebration featured a special awards ceremony recognizing the winning sections- Liquid Dielectric, Transformer, Mechanical and Short Circuit Savli- in the Clean ERDA competition.

iii) Deepawali
This year, ERDA celebrated Diwali in a unique and meaningful way with the theme Pancha Mahabhut—the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Aether (Aakash). Employees across ERDA branches showcased their creativity by decorating spaces in front of their respective buildings, bringing the elements to life through vibrant designs. To enhance the festivities, ERDA provided materials such as flowers, small diyas, and rangoli, adding a traditional touch to the celebration.
